Pit Crew and Trailer

Pit Crew/Trailer (Chair, Wayne Traylor) -- We need drivers for the instrument trailer for away games. We need help with equipment. We need home game support.

Pit Crew Parents: At least six (6) parents are needed to help with the pit (the Band program equipment). These parents also help load the trailer for competitions and away football games. These parents help unload the trailer on return from football games and competitions.

For Home Games: The Band should have two (2) water coolers with them during the game (including trash bags and disposable cups). During 3^rd quarter of football game, return the pit equipment and color guard flags to band room.

After the game, make sure trash is picked up (only in our area) and have a parent in uniform room to make sure that our uniforms are put back in their proper place.

For Away Games:  We need at least three (3) parents to pull trailer during the season so that each week Away football games and competitions are covered. The trailer must be is inspected yearly.
